My name is Romualdo Grillo, this is my first contribution

I propose to introduce a common glossary and to use it as base for our discussion: For example we should add

  1. Objective and Subjective trust systems
  2. Specific and Non Specific trust systems
  3. MAS Multi-Agent System

Some of those terms (for example MAS) are already present in wikipedia, and the definition can be applied to trust metric context, so maybe the best solution is to link to wikipedia.

Cool. I saw that you already started adding stuff. That's great! You can sign comments on talk pages using ~~~~. guakawikitalk 06:37, 16 July 2007 (PDT)

Guka do you understand Italian? I try to write in English.... We have to try to order the Trust theory scenario. Often researchers repeat similar concepts with different names. With a common language it is easier to discuss new ideas. We have to refine our method too: I propose to create a certain number of case studies and to apply different trust metrics to them. First Case study:

  1. POINT TO POINT comprising just two agents.
  2. VERY SIMPLE SOCIETY comprising three agents A trustee of B and C trustee of B.
  3. COMPLEX SOCIETY with more than three agents

Si, io capisco bastante d'italiano. But on the wiki it's probably better to stick to English. (E anche, il mio italiano scritto non e tuttavia buono. :) Right now we're thinking of focusing on the Advogato dataset. I started writing some code in Python, which is available at the repository. guakawikitalk 07:25, 17 July 2007 (PDT)
