The structure and function of complex networks [1] is a paper by Mark Newman. It is a very mathematical review of the science of the networks, not related to just trust networks but to networks in general.

It contains an extremely useful table which summarizes the main characteristics of networks (internet, web, electricity, food, ...) such as diameter, exponent of the power law, ... as found in many different research papers.
